Denpasar, October 4, 2025 — Four lecturers from the English Education Study Program (PBI) at Hindu State University I Gusti Bagus Sugriwa Denpasar participated in the Midterm Seminar of the 2025 SBK-Based Competitive Research Program, organized by the Directorate General of Hindu Community Guidance (Dirjen Bimas Hindu), Ministry of Religious Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia.
The seminar served as a platform for evaluation and presentation of interim research findings, marking approximately 70% progress, particularly within the international collaboration research scheme focused on Science, Culture, and Local Wisdom (SBK).
Lecturers from PBI UHN Sugriwa were involved in two international research collaborations:
Indonesia–Japan Collaboration, represented by:

Indonesia–Singapore Collaboration, represented by:

During their presentations, each team shared their progress, including methodological development, cross-country data collection, and preliminary analyses aligned with their respective research objectives.
The participation of these lecturers in international collaborative projects reflects UHN I Gusti Bagus Sugriwa Denpasar’s strong commitment to advancing research internationalization that is relevant and applicable. It is hoped that the outcomes of these studies will serve as strategic references for policymakers in formulating contextual, inclusive, and community-oriented policies.
